Terms of service

By creating an account, submitting a result, listing a horse, or otherwise using any Horsey product, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using Horsey on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Results, scores and other data entered by officials authorised for a class or show become part of a horse's permanent verified record once signed. Horsey does not alter a verified result except through a documented correction process. Riders, owners and the public may view verified records but cannot edit them.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent or manipulated performance data.
• List a horse for sale that you do not have the right to sell.
• Interfere with, scrape or reverse-engineer any Horsey product.
• Use Horsey to harass, defame or infringe the rights of others.
• Circumvent any access, security or verification control.

Marketplace listings are agreements between buyer and seller; Horsey is not a party to the sale and does not guarantee the condition, soundness or suitability of any horse listed. Streaming content is provided for viewing under these terms — recording, redistribution or commercial rebroadcast without written permission is prohibited.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Horsey and its products, logos and software are owned by Horsey or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as photos or listing descriptions), and grant Horsey a licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the product it was submitted to.

Horsey products are provided "as is". We do not warrant that any product will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Horsey will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Horsey at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to any product for a breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including verified records, intellectual property and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Horsey is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the revised terms here with an updated effective date, and material changes will be highlighted. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
